Another Photo....Maybe

(the first upload didn't work. Hence the title of the blog)
This is my horse. He is an eight year old, Belgian/TB cross. His name is Luke. He likes to jump. I am learning to jump and he is helping me to learn.
He went to a Horse Show two weeks ago and was Reserve Champion in the Pre-Training Jumpers 3' division. (He lost to a barnmate. So it was all in the family).
We are practicing to go to a show in late October. It has been hard finding a place to ride more than once per week. My pasture is as hard as a rock and not too good for riding right now.
I made a deal with a neighbor to renovate her arena to practice our flat work, so that when we go on Saturday's for a lesson, we can practice jumping.
This will help us both get into shape.
So, no more excuses and it is time to conquer the fear. Onward to Let's Show in October.
